We provide personalized coaching and development to ensure students are prepared for life’s next chapter.

  • Personal Brand Development

    A brand is the way a product, company, or individual is perceived. It evokes an emotional response from anyone who interacts with it. A personal brand is intentional. It is how you want people to see you. Through personalized coaching and conversations, we assist students in defining their personal brand and developing this perception of themselves.

  • Personal and Professional Value Identification

    Values describe the personal qualities individuals use to guide their actions. Through various exercises and conversations TMI will assist each individual with defining their personal values and aligning career choices that allow them to live their values at work.

  • Resume Building

    There are endless opinions about resumes. Some say they should be creative, others want traditional, still others argue they aren’t very important. We’ll work with individuals to express themselves as effectively as possible through their resume, teaching customization based on job postings and corporate vision statements.

  • Interview Preparation

    Applicant software screening, phone screens, virtual interviews, in-person interviews…each job application process is different. The Mentor Initiative will provide group and personalized coaching to ensure each student is confidently prepared for career interviews.
